Pricing FAQ

Questions about plans & pricing.

Everything you need to know about how CT Pay is priced and what each plan covers.

Is everything really included? +
Yes. Every plan ships the full platform — back-office admin portal, member wallet app, merchant portal & API, payment gateway engine, plus security and multi-tenancy. There are no per-module fees and no paid add-ons; plans differ only by the number of operators/brands and the level of support.
How is pricing based on brands/operators? +
Each operator is a fully isolated, white-label brand running on the shared core. Starter covers a single brand, Growth supports up to five, and Enterprise is unlimited. Your plan tier is determined by how many operators/brands you run on your deployment — not by transaction volume or modules used.
Can I upgrade as I add brands? +
Absolutely. Plans are built to scale, so you can move from Starter to Growth to Enterprise as you launch more brands. Because every plan runs the same core, upgrading simply unlocks more operators and higher-tier support — there is nothing to re-platform or migrate.
Do you help with migration & onboarding? +
Yes. Growth includes onboarding assistance to get your first brands live, and Enterprise adds dedicated migration support and a success manager. Whatever your starting point, our team helps you provision operators, connect gateways and onboard merchants smoothly.
